Realizing there was little credible information on how to stop snoring, snoring specialists Dr. David Volpi and Dr. Josh L. Werber co-wrote the definitive snoring guide, Wake Up! You’re Snoring… It was written for the millions of sufferers who ask themselves how they can stop snoring. In their experiences as snoring specialists, patients often suffer for years, wishing they could stop snoring, but often keeping their snoring problems to themselves. This educational book helps people learn the symptoms of snoring and explains why acknowledging that there is a problem is the responsible first step towards finding a solution.

This book not only helps you understand snoring and its causes, but it also provides you with the information you need to understand the treatment options available to you so you can stop snoring —from lifestyle changes to non-surgical and surgical snoring treatments.

Snoring may be more than an annoyance to you (or your spouse). Snoring can be a symptom of serious medical conditions including sleep apnea, which causes a patient to stop breathing for more than ten seconds at a time, several times an hour. Sleep apnea can lead to strokes, high blood pressure, irregular heart rhythms, and — when untreated — can even shorten one’s lifespan.

Wake Up! You’re Snoring…has been helpful to people throughout the country who want to know why they snore and how to stop snoring. If snoring is interfering with you sleep and your lifestyle, it’s time you learn how to stop snoring, too. Order your issue today!
