I always knew I had a snoring problem, but a few years ago I met a wonderful woman who gave me an ultimatum: either my snoring had to go or I did! So I took charge of the situation and decided it was time to finally do something about it… After examining me a few times, the Dr. performed the Pillar procedure on me, and inserted what looked like small toothpicks in the roof of my mouth. He did an exceptional job and since then I haven’t been snoring — I used to be very tired all day, but not anymore. I wake up actually feeling rested. My girlfriend is very happy.

Dr. Volpi is very professional and knowledgeable. I had been breathing and sleeping poorly for years and he knew exactly what my issue was and the proper remedy. After taking x-rays to confirm the initial diagnosis, he performed a non-invasive surgery and I was back to normal within 3 days. The difference is that I no longer have breathing obstructions and I sleep like a baby. The billing process was transparent and fair. I’ve been a patient of Dr. Volpi’s for more than two years. As someone who is genetically inclined toward sinus issues, I’ve seen my share of ENTs and he is hands down the best. He explains everything to you in terms you can understand without being pedantic and truly cares about his patients. After he performed my second sinus surgery (to fix another doctor’s failed attempt) he even gave my mother (my post-surgery caretaker) his cell number and was answering her questions no matter the time of day. Finding a good, friendly doctor in NYC can be a challenge, but rest assured you are in good hands at this office.

Dr. Volpi is an extremely skillful surgeon. I came to his office because he successfully operated on my family member before. He said my case was relatively complicated however I had no post op pain. I am breathing through my nose like I could never breath before.
He has great bedside manners and appears to be very knowledgeable. He took his time to answer all my questions. I recommend Dr Volpi to anyone who needs his expertise.

Dr. Volpi’s office staff was very helpful in my first visit there and I felt very comfortable and welcomed. I came in and didn’t realize that I made my appointment for a different date and the staff made it possible for me to see the doctor anyway. As for Dr. Volpi, he was very knowledgeable he listened to my concerns and checked everything to make sure everything was ok. I highly recommend this doctor.

I have written less than a handful of these reviews because I'm only motivated to do so by exceptional service. Dr VOLPI greatly improved my quality of life. After I broke my nose I had difficulty breathing. Just trying to fall asleep at night only being able to breath through my mouth was miserable. After visiting Dr. Volpi my breathing has returned to far beyond what I ever thought I would have again in my life. Couldn't be more grateful. VERY nice guy, highly recommend
